Eddie Hall is an English professional strongman competitor, notable for having won
on multiple occasions both the UK's Strongest Man, and England's Strongest Man titles.
He has also competed at the World's Strongest Man and is the current world record
holder in the deadlift with straps.
In March 2015, Hall achieved the world record for lifting the weight of 462 kg (over
72 stone) in the deadlift. Eddie set the record at the Arnold Classic, in Australia,
with Arnold Schwarzenegger cheering him on from the sidelines. In July 2015, Eddie broke
the world record a second time with a 463 kg lift at the World Deadlift
Championship. Again in July 2016, Eddie broke
the world record a third time with a 500 kg lift at the Strongman
A typical training session for Eddie includes squatting nearly 400kg (880 lbs),
deadlifting 400kg and shoulder and bench pressing over 200kg (440 lbs) daily. Just one
session is three or more hours of explosive weight training, including drop sets and
super sets which take enormous amounts of endurance and mental focus.
With ASEA, Eddie has noticed an increase in his endurance—he can lift longer
and harder, and he experiences a sharper mental focus.
“It’s easy to get run down, but this product has kept me alert and
healthy, mentally as well as physically." He says. "I could feel the positive benefits
of ASEA right away. And with all of the science that keeps coming, there is absolutely
no doubt in my mind about what ASEA does for me. Without ASEA I think I would return to
sleepless nights and a lack of energy during my training very quickly."
